Happy Monday friends…SALTS (smiled a little then stopped)! Lol…okay…Happy New Week ND readers (puts on my nerdy glasses)…how did your weekend go? Awe…some I guess? well…it was a tough one for me…but what matters right now is that I am here doing one of the things I love to do:)

You’re not rich until you have the things money can’t buy.

I quite agree with the quote that says, “The best things in life are free” and that’s because certain things in life are just priceless, they are called priceless assets, you earn them, you don’t and you can’t buy them. Makes me remember a popular song we normally sing in Sunday school when I was much younger ‘what a marvelous God (2x), he has done marvelous things for me…the things that money cannot buy, they are the things he has done for me oh…’

Value the things money can’t buy.

As we grow older we tend to see the importance of having money and also begin to worry about not being able to make enough money to cater for all of our needs. While it is true that money can do anything for you, it is also true that money can’t buy you everything. I am not in anyway saying there is something wrong with having money because being poor is never something one strives to attain, but all I am saying is that while you strive to be so wealthy, make sure you don’t lose the things money can’t buy. Things like;
  • Just being alive
  • A family you can always count on
  • True and genuine friends
  • Faith
  • Finding true love
  • Favour
  • Feeling and being healthy
  • Time
  • Happiness
  • Trust
  • Character
  • Common Sense
  • Patience
  • Kindness
  • Inner peace (you can’t even buy the outward one)
  • Integrity
  • Manners
  • Children, etc.
What did I miss??? Let me know!
