2015 what a ride! So thankful for my life and God's guidance. Special thanks to all NDB readers, it's been a tough year for me and I really hope it was wonderful for you all. I have learned quite some few lessons this year and I thought it wise to share on my blog.

1. This year I fell harder in love with God than I have ever done after He loved me, redeemed me and made me see the light especially when I felt unloved. God's love for us is unconditional even when we feel undeserving of it.
2. I didn't always know when I will be what I wanted to be and I still don't know but one thing for sure, I always knew the kind of woman I wanted to be and to wake up knowing that God is on my side is enough. You need to live for you, value you and love you…. You can be who God created you to be! Always remember that you are enough because you are fearfully and wonderfully made just the way you are.
3. I learned the ability to see red flags in people from a distance, not wanting to get close before seeing their real color. Life is deception-ally brief, you need discernment to be able to avoid some things because not everything that glitters is gold.
4. 2015 taught me not to settle for less than I deserve and to let go of those that don't belong in my life because flying solo can create the strongest wings. It's hard to not give in to those emotional feelings but we must be strong enough to let go.
5. I thank God for sending me guys who did not love me and show me love enough because they reminded me of what I am worthy of. Being a brave single girl is hard but I learned that it can be a beautiful thing.
6. This year was hard for me especially having completed college and thinking of what next to do with my life, where to start or how to continue? now far away from close friends, family wahala, etc.. but through it all I have learned to be strong and stand strong. In life you just have to finish strong to obtain the prize.
7. If there was no God then there would be no life. Through the good and the bad days, we must always seek God. Every productive day begins with a prayer and our consistency in the good days will gives us strength and endurance through the bad days.
Wish you all a joyous and glorious 2016 ahead!!!
