It’s another week to get things right and smash those written down goals. This post will inspire you to successfully plan your week.

Evaluation

Evaluate and measure your performance for last week. How did it go? What brought you so much joy and happiness? What went right and what went wrong? What progress did you make? What could you have done better? List everything you did well and areas you need to work on. You can do this on your phone or on your goals book.

This helps to collectively analyze your activities, characteristics, and possible outcome for what you desire. This is not to criticize or leave you in regret but to help you be more self-aware and also develop into something better.

Set Realistic Goals

Anything achievable begins with a goal. – Naomi Destiny
Most of us are fond of setting unrealistic goals. We have goals of becoming like this or that person but in actual fact, they are never realistic. There is nothing wrong with dreaming big or aspiring to go higher in life, but you should always set goals that you are capable of bringing to life.

The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones that do. – Steve Jobs

Make sure you list down the top things you are going to do this week that will move you forward in life. Be intentional about it, put it down on paper, plan it like it’s an important appointment (of course…it is), and schedule it (by what day and time it needs to be completed). Whatever these plans are, make it a priority, and don’t forget to ask for help if things get too handy.

Meditate

This is one good thing that should be done daily. Never a time I go into a week without talking to my creator first because He is the reason I have something to do in the first place and whenever I don’t involve Him, things crash and falter. I learned from that!

Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established. – Proverbs 16:3 (KJV)

I love how the MSG version of the Bible puts it “Put God in charge of your work, then what you’ve planned will take place.”

Meditation reduces stress, improves concentration, slows aging, increases self-awareness, and happiness. Always meditate before you start your day.

Visualize

Visualization is the mental image or formation of something in your mind. It’s usually in the representation of an object, picture, or sets of information. This is a creative tool used by most successful people to bring their dreams to life.

Once you can see it, you can become it. – Naomi Destiny

Speak Things Into Existence

There is power in your tongue and you can use your words to create what you want to see. It’s not magic, it’s called the law of attraction.
Words are the most inexhaustible source of magic we can have. – J.K. Rowling
When you decide to focus your attention on something especially by speaking about it with faith, it always manifests in some form or another.

Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. – Job 22:28

Whatever your goals and aspirations are for the week, make sure you speak and authorize them to come through daily by your words. SeeĀ My 31 Days God Confessions just in case you missed it.

Actualize

This is actually the ‘doing’ aspect of everything listed. You can never get results by sitting down doing nothing. You go out there and make things happen. Learn the necessary skills you need to slay your goals, acquire the knowledge, and get the training, teachings, and mentorship that will spur you to greater heights.
